Porter Building & Decorating Contractors have over 30 years of experience in building, property maintenance and refurbishment.
We have carried out high quality renovation and total refurbishment to several hundred properties in London areas including Knightsbridge, Chelsea, Maida Vale, Hampstead, St Johns Wood, Paddington, Hammersmith, Swiss Cottage, Boston Manor, Blackheath, Chalk Farm, Ealing, Finchley, Harrow and many surrounding areas including Weybridge.
The scope of our work includes completely completely stripping out, re-plastering, central heating, installation of new bathrooms and kitchens, re-wiring, re-modelling, new carpentry throughout & decoration all to a very high standard.
We have also converted five storey Victorian houses into luxury self contained flats, mainly in the Maida Vale area.
Our company have successfully constructed numerous single and multi-story extensions to existing properties and provided luxury loft conversions from plans to completion.
Throughout this time we have continued to offer a complete service in external maintenance including redecoration, roofing, rainwater goods, brickwork and joinery.
